Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Luminacode, MB (“we”, “us”) for the Synra mobile application and the website at synra.luminacode.lt (the “Service”). By downloading or using Synra you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply together with Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where they conflict, these Terms apply to the extent permitted by Apple’s terms.

Synra plays soundscapes combined with binaural beats and related audio for relaxation, sleep, focus and meditation. We may add, change or remove content and features over time.

Synra is a wellness product, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, including insomnia, anxiety, ADHD or tinnitus, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Results vary between people. Consult a doctor before use if you have epilepsy or a seizure disorder, a heart condition, a pacemaker, a psychiatric condition, or are pregnant.

• Keep the volume at a comfortable, low level to protect your hearing.
• Never use Synra while driving, cycling, operating machinery or doing anything that requires full attention.
• Stop listening if you feel discomfort, dizziness or any unusual symptoms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 16 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction), you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Some content requires a paid auto-renewing subscription, purchased through your Apple ID. Prices and periods are shown in the app before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of a free trial.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, it converts into a paid subscription. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Synra on Apple devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; interfere with or disrupt the Service; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service; or copy, record, redistribute, resell or publicly perform the audio, images or other content.

The Synra name and mark, the app, its audio, images, text and software are owned by or licensed to Luminacode, MB and are protected by intellectual property laws.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luminacode, MB is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Luminacode, MB, its affiliates and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

You may stop using Synra at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. Disputes are subject to the courts of Lithuania unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring proceedings there.
