Set how strong the beat is — Off, Low, Normal or High — and how loud the soundscape sits under it. Every scene shows its frequency and band, and tells you what you’re hearing.

● Tinnitus relief
Millions of people live with a constant ring, hiss or hum. Synra has a dedicated Tinnitus Relief scenario — colour noise and soft nature sounds chosen to sit over the ringing, so quiet evenings, focused work and falling asleep feel easier again.
Hear pink noise from the app
Bring the level up until your ringing just blends in.
Tinnitus is loudest when the room is quiet. A steady, gentle sound gives your brain something softer to listen to, so the ringing moves into the background.
A low hum often blends best with brown noise; a high whine with white or pink. Try them and keep the one that makes the ringing hardest to pick out.
Sound therapy usually sets the level just below your tinnitus — so you still hear it faintly, blended in — rather than drowning it out at high volume.
Pair it with the sleep timer so Synra fades out after you drift off, or let it run under work and podcasts with Backdrop Mode.

Synra offers sound-based masking and relief. It does not treat or cure tinnitus. If your tinnitus is new, only in one ear, pulses with your heartbeat, or comes with hearing loss or dizziness, please see a doctor or audiologist.

Everything you need to make a session yours, and nothing that gets in the way of it.
Set how strong the beat is — Off, Low, Normal or High — and how loud the soundscape sits under it. Every scene shows its frequency and band, and tells you what you’re hearing.

Keep the beat — or your tinnitus masking — running under a podcast, playlist or audiobook. Synra mixes with other apps instead of stopping them.
Not sure what to pick? Tap what you need right now and Synra lines up the right sessions.

Immersive 360° sound that moves around your head — a collection engineered for headphones.
Brown, pink, green and white noise to mask ringing ears or a noisy room — plus pure tones with nothing but the beat.

10, 20, 30, 45 or 60 minutes — or your own. Synra fades out when it ends, so the sound never cuts you awake.
Heart the scenes that work for you. Favourites and recents sit together in Your space.
Open it and listen. What you tell Synra during setup stays on your device and is only used to shape your experience.
Find your frequency
Left ear plays 200 Hz. Right ear plays 200 + 10.0 Hz. Your brain hears the difference as a slow pulse — that pulse is the binaural beat.
Headphones on, volume low. Through speakers you will hear the tone but not the beat. Living with tinnitus? Keep it gentle — a level just below the ringing is enough.
How it works
Play 200 Hz in one ear and 205 Hz in the other, and you perceive a gentle 5 Hz pulse that exists in neither. Brain activity tends to fall into a few rhythm ranges, each linked to a different state. Synra lets you pick the range that fits what you’re doing — and for tinnitus, pairs it with steady noise that helps the ringing fade into the background.
A little more calm — and a little less ringing — whenever you need it.
